Hi everyone,

I’m back with another review and blog tour. This time I’m reviewing “Finding Love at the Hedgehog Hollow” by Jessica Redland. I would like to thank to Rachel from Rachel’s Random Resources and Jessica for giving me an opportunity to review this book.

I will start this review off by saying that this book is very emotional but so captivating at the same time. I’ve read it in one afternoon because I simply couldn’t put it down even though, I was crying ever since I hit 30% in the book. That didn’t stop me from reading it. I have to say and put a trigger warning for a mentions of death and death scene so if you know that it could affect you a lot, keep this in mind.

Even if this book made me cry, I enjoyed it very much. Especially Samantha as a main character. Her energy and her charisma even after she went through everything are contagious. She can really inspire you to just keep on going and not stop after you’ve faced an obstacle or two.

There was one quote that caught my attention because that’s exactly what I’m doing myself.

“I’ve noticed how you talk down your accomplishments and make a fuss of everyone else’s, as though nothing you do is important.”

This right here is the story of my life, seriously. I’m like this myself and it hit home when I’ve read it that I’ve had to bookmark it. I think that a lot of us are like this, especially women, and we should stop just waving our hand when someone praises us for our accomplishments. We should, instead, make sure to accept the praise and acknowledge it even in our life.

I would reccomend you this book if you want to be inspired and to realize that you can get up even after the life hits you multiple times. But just keep in mind the trigger warning.

Love and light,
